PlayStation Plus: lijst met games die beschikbaar zijn bij de lancering van de nieuwe Sony-service

Sony Interactive Entertainment presenteert een voorproefje van de games die zullen worden opgenomen in de nieuwe PlayStation Plus.

De nieuwe PlayStation Plus is beschikbaar vanaf 24 mei in Azië, 2 juni in Japan, 13 juni in Noord- en Zuid-Amerika en 23 juni in Europa, Australië en Nieuw-Zeeland op 23 juni. Abonnees met een Premium-abonnement hebben toegang tot een selectie klassieke games met geoptimaliseerde framesnelheden en resoluties in vergelijking met hun originele versie. Bij bepaalde PS1- en PSP-games kunnen ze een nieuwe menugestuurde gebruikersinterface ervaren om de game op elk moment op te slaan en zelfs terug te spoelen om het opnieuw te proberen.

Bovendien hoeven spelers die al digitale versies van sommige PS1- en PSP-games hebben, geen aparte aankoop te doen of zich aan te melden bij PlayStation Plus om games op PS5 of PS4 te spelen. Zodra ze zijn uitgebracht op PS5 en PS4, kunnen ze naar de PlayStation Store gaan en de versie voor hun console downloaden zonder extra kosten als ze de digitale versie al hebben. Sommige games zullen ook afzonderlijk verkrijgbaar zijn. Houd er rekening mee dat PS3-games kunnen worden gedownload voor abonnees die in regio’s wonen waar cloudstreaming beschikbaar is.

• PlayStation Plus Essential: maandelijkse update vindt plaats op de eerste dinsdag van elke maand. Er worden nieuwe PS5- en PS4-games aan de service toegevoegd.
• PlayStation Plus Extra en Premium: Halverwege de maand vindt er een extra maandelijkse update met nieuwe games plaats. Het aantal games dat elke maand wordt toegevoegd, kan variëren.
