Harrison Ford som den legendariske arkæolog af samme navn, samt Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Antonio Banderas, John Rhys-Davies, Shonet Rene Wilson, Thomas Kretschmann, Toby Jones, Boyd Holbrook, Oliver Richters, Ethann Isidore og Mads Mikkelsen.

Indiana Jones and the Disc of Destiny er skrevet af Jez Butterworth, John-Henry Butterworth og James Mangold. Kathleen Kennedy, Frank Marshall og Simon Emanuel producerede filmen, hvor Steven Spielberg og George Lucas fungerede som executive producers. Ansvarlig for musikken til alle Indiana Jones eventyr siden Raiders of the Lost Ark i 1981, John Williams vendte tilbage som komponist.
